Day 1 (Thursday)
  • Travel Day: Depart your home city for Accra, Ghana

Day 11 (Sunday)
  • Day of Rest

  • Transportation to Sunday meditation and worship service at the Center for Spiritual Awareness (CSA) Africa available for those interested. (morning)

  • Journaling time on your own

  • Get a great nights sleep!

Day 2
  • Morning arrival into Kotoka International Airport (the international airport code is ACC)

  • Meet host in welcome area after clearing customs

  • Baggage loaded by our staff into our air-conditioned transportation

  • Drop bags at hotel

  • 12:30 PM Orientation and Lunch

  • Welcome Home Ceremony

  • Hotel checkin

  • Currency Exchange

  • Free time in the afternoon

  • 7:00 PM Group dinner at 805 Restaurant

  • Journaling time

  • Get a great nights sleep!

Days 5 through 10
  • 6:00 to 10:00 AM: Arrive at Healthworks

  • Pre-treatment service - 20 minutes

  • Daily myotherapy and alignment with Dr. Sasu - 15 to 20 minutes

  • Daily abhyanga (Ayurvedic full body massage with two therapists simultaneously) - 40 to 50 minutes

  • Other treatment(s) as prescribed by Dr. Sasu - 20 to 40 minutes

  • Bashpa swedana (herbal stream box) - 15 minutes

  • Daily metabolism boosting tea (provided)

  • Day 6 and 8 Only: Accra City Tour (Late morning/afternoon)

  • Lunch (provided)

  • Free time in the afternoon

  • Light supper (provided)

  • Group time: Daily reflection cards, journaling, and sleepy-time yoga practice with Reuben

  • Nightcap tea back in your room (provided)

Day 14 (Wednesday)
  • Pickup at your hotel and transport to airport for flight check-in.

  • Depart Accra, Ghana

  • Recovery Day

  • Return home re-orientation

  • Final day of panchakarma. Reference days 6 through 11
