Morning arrival into Kotoka International Airport (the international airport code is ACC)
Meet host in welcome area after clearing customs
Baggage loaded by our staff into our air-conditioned transportation
Drop bags at hotel
12:30 PM Orientation and Lunch
Welcome Home Ceremony
Hotel checkin
Currency Exchange
Free time in the afternoon
7:00 PM Group dinner at 805 Restaurant

Days 6 through 11
6:00 to 10:00 AM: Arrive at Healthworks
Pre-treatment service - 20 minutes
Daily myotherapy and alignment with Dr. Sasu - 15 to 20 minutes
Daily abhyanga (Ayurvedic full body massage with two therapists simultaneously) - 40 to 50 minutes
Other treatment(s) as prescribed by Dr. Sasu - 20 to 40 minutes
Bashpa swedana (herbal stream box) - 15 minutes
Daily metabolism boosting tea (provided)
Day 7 and 10 Only: Accra City Tour (Late morning/afternoon)
