Day 1 (Wednesday): Depart U.S.

Day 2 (Thursday): Arrive Accra (ACC); Hotel check-in; Welcome reception, home returning ceremony, panchakarma preview orientation, and initial currency exchange opportunity.

Days 3, 4, and 5 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): Prearranged tours, Custom Tailored Clothing Experience, and Optional Sunday Service.

Days 6 through 13: Panchakarma at Healthworks (skip Sunday). This represents seven contiguous days of PK.

Day 14 (Tuesday): Free day or join the optional prearranged shopping expedition in Inner "downtown" Accra

Day 15 (Wednesday): Return to U.S.

Group size is limited to nine (9) total

• Two virtual pre-travel orientations that will 1) introduce herbals designed to prime the digestive system for detoxification and 2) prepare the mind-body for travel to Accra, Ghana.
  
  

• Initial & Preparatory Ayurvedic Health Consultation with a Doctors Raksha and/or Sasu

  
  

• Daily use of advanced equipments such as transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), infrared massage bed, physio-magnetic targeting, and massage chairs.
  
  

• Daily support and guidance from our highly trained Ayurvedic Physicians and panchakarma (PK) staff.
  
  

• Daily Myotherapy treatment from Dr. Samual Sasu or other qualified staff.
