This program uses a phased approach. The first phase of three, begins with an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultation, which takes a holistic approach to health and well-being based on eastern medical principles. Reuben, a top Ayurvedic expert in the area, will assess your mind-body constitution, or dosha, which is made up of the factors vata, pitta, and kapha. Understanding your unique combination of these factors, Reuben will give you personalized recommendations for diet, yoga postures, daily routine, and herbal remedies to restore balance and harmony in your body and mind. This consultation will delve into your lifestyle habits, stress levels, sleep patterns, and overall health concerns to develop a customized plan that aligns with your specific needs. Through the guidance of your Ayurvedic Life-style Consultation, you will be empowered to make positive changes that promote longevity, vitality, and optimal health.

Next, through a successive combination of virtual and in-person consultations, participants will learn the postures to practice, how to practice them, the benefits of each posture, and the best time and place to practice. Each phase will span four weeks and include a 90-minute consultation at the beginning, a 30-minute check-in halfway through, and a final session at the end. In total, there will be seven sessions across the three phases. This comprehensive approach ensures that participants have the guidance and support they need to fully embrace the program and experience the benefits of yoga and dietary empowerment. The program aims to empower individuals through dietary choices and yoga exercises.
